Zoe Grant

Zoe is an experienced third sector leader, having worked in the voluntary sector for 25 years, focusing on supporting young people to reach their potential. Zoe is now the Charity Manager for Breakout Youth and has overseen the growth of the charity over the last 4 years; increasing its income, capacity and reach and ensuring young people receive the best service possible. Zoe ensures that her passion for values and leadership are put into practice and is an advocate for young people, ensuring that their voices are heard, that services and opportunities are inclusive and empowering. Zoe is passionate about the power of individuals, groups and communities to create positive change. Zoe is also a trustee for 'a space arts'- an arts and heritage charity.
