Paul Roberts OBE

Paul became Chief Executive for Consortium in April 2011 and has over 22 years' experience working in the LGBT+ voluntary sector. Paul leads on the strategic direction of the organisation, working with and listening to a range of stakeholders, including Members, Government and the wider voluntary sector. Paul is also passionate about funding and investment across LGBT+ communities and has moved Consortium into being a specialist funder, with over £2m distributed to LGBT+ orgs across 350 grants, resulting in the organisation being one of the largest funders of LGBT+ issues in Western Europe. Paul's background is within community development and he has a passion for connecting communities together and giving people space to share their collective knowledge and experience.
