The True Costa Dairy

Viva!'s ‘The True Costa Dairy’ campaign was launched in early 2023 after an investigation revealed that Home Farm – a dairy farm with links to Costa Coffee – was keeping cows in cramped, dirty conditions, with multiple violations to their health. The campaign included media coverage, events, web copy and social media. The social media campaign was hugely successful despite being entirely organic, with high engagement figures and impressions.
