Hotel Breaks for Hidden Heroes

Room to Reward is a unique volunteer-recognition charity created to say ‘thank you’ to the Hidden Heroes – inspirational volunteers who give up their time to make a difference to those who need it most. Our hotel and holiday park partners donate their unsold rooms, voluntary organisations nominate their Hidden Heroes for a break – we make it happen! With over 200,000 registered charities in the U.K. (950+ partner with R2R), volunteers are the lifeblood of the charity sector. Over 8 million people formally volunteer at least once a month. There are countless other community groups, grassroots sports club and small organisations making vital differences in their local areas thanks to the dedication of volunteers. Room to Reward has - for the very first time - enabled these organisations to recognise the extraordinary efforts of these Hidden Heroes in a significant, impactful way, and at no cost to the organisation or volunteers. So far, over 2500 well-earned breaks have been taken in hotels throughout the U.K. Our fantastic 900+ hotel partners have donated over £1million worth of breaks, enabling us to give some time back to those who give up so much of theirs to people and places in need.
