To engage the community and involve the public, PMW invited people to nominate causes deserving support. These nominations could go beyond marketing support, encompassing opportunities for staff volunteering, ranging from completing garden projects and volunteering at events to participating in fundraising challenges.
Why? In spite of plenty of trials and tribulations in the past 30 years, PMW has adapted and thrived. DO30 is our way of giving back and paying it forward. We wanted to use our talents and experience to make a positive impact in the community, supporting and shining a light on deserving charities.
We’ve designed websites, produced online and printed marketing literature, carried out social media audits and instigated campaigns, worked on brand strategy, donated items as diverse as children’s pyjamas and notebooks, delivered PR campaigns, provided training and given time and energy. Finally, we also compiled a comprehensive marketing ‘How To’ guide to ensure the charities were not just supported for a moment but empowered for future success.
