Kitty O'Shea

Kitty joined Marie Curie in September 2018 to work on our long term partnership with Superdrug and Savers working across comms, colleague fundraising, cause related marketing, campaigns, pr and stewardship, Kitty ensures that our partnership message is front and centre in Superdrug supporting colleagues to raise vital unrestricted funds - to date she has helped Superdrug and Savers to raise over £2million. When Covid hit in 2020, Kitty was temporarily redeployed to support our nursing service with the coordination of PPE in London and the South East ensuring that our nurses could continue to deliver care in the community and also supported the wider charity helping to share the foundations of Marie Curies Wellbeing support offerings. Kitty is often described as a swan, she calmly goes about achieving everything in her path. Everyone who has worked with Kitty truly values her as a colleague, and as her manager I am forever thankful to have had Kitty in my team, she is organised, focused, driven and always championing the voice of our beneficiaries through partnerships and I couldn’t be prouder to support this nomination.
