"JWA Put Me Back Together"

Jewish Women's Aid (JWA) is a confidential and culturally sensitive service for Jewish women and girls in the UK affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. The film was created for their annual fundraising gala dinner.

The film uses a mixture of techniques including stock footage and animation designed to look like a collage which tells the story of 5 women and a girl who have been affected in different ways by domestic abuse and sexual violence and shows the life-changing and in some cases, lifesaving impact of JWA’s work.

Through their own powerful words, we understand the terror of domestic abuse and just how it can make women feel as if their whole being has been torn apart. It is only through the professional support and guidance from JWA that they feel their lives have been ‘put back together’.
