In-Form: a Case Management System for the homelessness sector

Homeless Link is the national membership charity for frontline homelessness charities and the wider support sector. Identifying a need to better record information about the homeless people our frontline members support, so that they could improve their services and end people’s homelessness more quickly, we set about delivering a solution. After much research and planning, we developed and commercialised In-Form, a sector-focused case management system. Now well established, In-Form is hugely successful with over 250 charities using it to record all their work with homeless people. It is a key resource to enable the sector to work better, while also providing a secure and growing income stream for Homeless Link. We are incredibly proud of the dedication, talent and perseverance of all those involved in turning In-Form from an idea into a successful, commercial product, supporting people up and down the country through some of the most vulnerable points in their life, and securing the future of Homeless Link, so that we can continue to innovate in our fight to end homelessness.
