Diksha Pike

Diksha Pike is the Learning and Organisational Development Manager at Keech Hospice Care. As part of her role, she leads the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Group which continues go from strength to strength and plays a key role in staff engagement. Diksha plays an instrumental role in managing all staff and volunteer training and ensuring compliance against mandatory training targets. Diksha is passionate about Leadership and Management development and manages, and delivers on the in-house ILM accredited Aspire Management Programme. As a trained Mental Health First Aider, Diksha manages a group of Mental Health Champions at the hospice and empowers staff and volunteers to support their mental health and wellbeing.
