Caroline Cox

Caroline is the Head of Fundraising for St Michael's Fellowship, an inspiring charity of some 122 years supporting young parents in South London. St Michael's supports young people who face disadvantage on many levels to be the best parents they can, through 1:1 and group programmes which help build skills, confidence and resilience. Caroline has worked with some incredible charities both large and small for the past 30 years. Her career in fundraising was born in the NHS where she helped secure £1million for an integrated musculoskeletal centre. Since then, she has been drawn to charities in the health and social care sector. An accomplished fundraiser, Caroline has worked across a range of fundraising streams, and is a huge advocate of communication and relationship building to champion support. Caroline is drawn to smaller organisations where she can help amplify their voice, take funding to the next level and encourage them to shine brightly.
