Alicia heads up the award-winning Digital Content and Experience team at WaterAid, and is responsible for the content and engagement strategy across owned, earned, shared and paid digital media. With 15 years' experience developing high-profile brands and causes in the media and the not-for-profit sectors, she has also worked with GMTV, Christian Aid and the Money Advice Service. Alicia is passionate about breaking the mould of charity storytelling, optimising user experiences across channels and mobilising communities to take action.
